Dostlar Community

Dostlar Community bot

Support tickets, levels, moderation and more for your Discord server. You decide which features are on, and you set everything up in the web dashboard.

A server you add waits for the bot owner's approval; until then the bot does nothing there and stores no data.

How it works

Setup takes a few minutes. The bot only runs the features you turn on.

You sign in to the dashboard with your Discord account if you have the “Manage Server” permission on a server the bot is in.

  1. Add the bot to your serverPress Add to server, pick your server in Discord and authorize the bot.
  2. Wait for approvalA newly added server waits for the bot owner's approval. Once approved, the bot's commands appear on your server.
  3. Turn things on in the dashboardTurn on the features you need in the dashboard and pick the channels, roles and messages.
  4. Your members use itMembers use / commands and the buttons in your channels.

What it does

Support tickets

A private ticket channel opened with a button. A staff member claims it; when it's closed, the transcript can go to a log channel.

Levels and leaderboard

XP from messages and voice activity. Roles are handed out automatically at set levels, plus a leaderboard.

Moderation

Warn, time out, kick, ban and purge. Automatic timeouts by warning count, plus a moderation history.

Automatic protection

Blocks invite links, spam, blocked words, mass mentions and all caps. Account protection: a hacked account's crypto scam flood is deleted within seconds and the account is quarantined.

Welcome and roles

Welcome and goodbye messages, auto roles for new members, roles members pick and drop with a button.

Applications

Staff or membership applications through a form. Approve or reject in a review channel; the result arrives by DM.

Giveaways, polls and suggestions

Giveaways joined with a button, polls, a suggestion box everyone can vote on, and announcements.

Economy and shop

Daily rewards with a streak bonus, coin transfers between members, roles to buy.

Log channels

Deleted and edited messages and members joining and leaving, each in its own channel.

Each feature is turned on and off separately; on a new server they all start off. Type / in Discord to see the commands of the ones that are on.

The bot speaks Turkish, English and German: its messages use the language your server picks, and each member sees the command names in their own Discord language.

Data and privacy

The bot only stores what it needs to work. Each server's data is kept separate; an admin of one server can't see another server's data.

Full privacy policy

What is stored
Members' Discord IDs; activity counts such as level, message count and voice time; ticket topics, application answers, suggestions, giveaway entries and any moderation cases. Message contents are not saved in the database; if admins set up a log channel, deleted and edited messages are posted there.
Who can see it
Only admins with the “Manage Server” permission on that server, in the dashboard. The bot owner only sees server names and their approval status.
How long
Closed tickets are deleted after 180 days, decided applications after 90 days and ended giveaways after 90 days. If the bot is removed from a server, all of that server's data is deleted after 30 days.
Deletion and export
Server admins can export the data in the dashboard and delete a single member's data or all of the server's data. If you want your data deleted, ask the server's staff.
Dashboard sign-in
Signing in only gets your username, ID and avatar from Discord; it doesn't learn which servers you're in.
